What is CJConnect?

Over the past few months, I’ve had the chance to reflect on what I value, the knowledge I’ve gained over the decades, and how I can best contribute to the market.

Through my work with customers and organisations I have worked with in mining, industrials, Oil and Gas, Energy and industry leaders, and countless conversations with suppliers and purchasers, one recurring theme stands out: the challenge of consistently connecting in B2B relationships.

In the world of B2B, it’s easy to feel stuck—like a heavy truck bogged down in complexity. Opportunities to grow and thrive are abundant but navigating them can be daunting. Many businesses struggle to turn awkward or unproductive supplier-customer interactions into thriving, efficient partnerships. This is where I see an opportunity to make a real difference.

Why CJConnect?

CJConnect is born from the idea of helping businesses refine, refocus, and manage the risks inherent in B2B relationships. These relationships are often disconnected and lack systematic approaches, making it harder to align overarching strategies, marketing, operations, and growth.
